Anyone could furnish me a self-to-do speech therapy?

I had a palatoplasmy operation last september of this year and looking forward for my speech therapy. But to have a speech therapist is expensive. Is anyone could furnish me a home study technique of speech therapy? Either a video or a pamphlet for me to do at home? Thanks...
