I need to lose 5-10lbs in 2 wks for my wedding...any workout routine suggestions?

try cutting out most fats, drink only water and drink alot of it to keep your body flushed, exercise exercise exercise go for 30-45 minutes of cardio 6 days a week at the hardest you can go!! good luck and i hope you have a great life with your soon to be husband... :)
