What's the title of this game ?

i have been trying to remember the title of this pc game i use to play as a kid. it was during the late90's early 2000's. it had something to do with these two bad monster guys that had kidnapped your twin and you had to solve pulzzes to get him back. i wish i remembered more but one part i do remember is that there was this archway type thing that through it you could see the fortress where they had your twiny loll.
