How much weight should I use when lifting weights every other day?

I'm 14 and an offensive lineman. I do sets of 10-8-6-4-2 and my squat max is 315, my bench max is 195, and my powerclean max is 165, and my incline max is probably somewher near 190. How much should I lift?
