Pregnancy Malpractice Advice?

A little over two years ago my husband and I found that we were pregnant... We were both just excited about the whole thing as we had been trying... When I was 17 weeks I had an ultrasound done by my actual Doctor (whom normally doesn't perform the u/s, the clinic has there own u/s tech in house) Anyways... I had the ultrasound and the Dr. showed both me and my husband the heartbeat. Again, really excited... I went on with my day and went to work the next day. As soon as I got home from work I started bleeding. Calling the Dr. concerned, she told me to wait and see what happens. Unfortunately it didn't get any better and a rush to the Hospital happened the next morning. During the ultrasound with a different Dr. He informed me that the baby only measured at 14 weeks and the baby had ped away about 3 weeks ago. A D&C was ordered, after the procedure the Dr. let me know that the baby was too "decayed" to be 17 weeks old and there was absolutely no way that there was a heartbeat seen which would be now two days later.... I just feel this is kind of weird and have always thought about this.... Now, pregnant with twins I feel that the miscarriage is haunting me. It makes me nervous & paranoid constantly about a m/c and I don't trust the U/S techs when they show me things on the scan? I know it was has been over two years now too... Anyone that is a lawyer that would feel that I could win this case? I am now seriously considering pursuing this, depending on the outcome of what I consultation would give me...
