I GOT A SPEEDING TICKET LAST NIGHT, 163 IN A 45?

ok so last nite, i was drivin on da main roade in mi town in mi bran knew ferrari where da speed limit is 45 mph, i was goin lyk 163 mph. everythin was goin goin good until dis stupid ***hole cop puled me over and wrote mi a $5,000 ticket. wat kind of bs is dat. also, he also arreested me and my car was impounded, even moor bs. i got out on a $10,000 bail, but have to pay anotha $4,000 to get mi car bak.i jus dont get it. there was lyk almost no1 on da road, i was drivin perfektli safeley not risking mi life or any1 else's. and i was onli drivin lyk a tini bite ova da sped limit, and yet on have to deal w/ all dese fines, jail and court fa nothin. plz help me, im innocent as 1 can get, and did nothin wrong.
