Do you think this childrens cafe is a good idea/ any suggestions?

Hi! My husband wants to buy a small coffee shop (43 seats) but there are hundreds in town. There's nowhere to take children though apart from McDonalds. So we are thinking of converting the small downstairs area into a vibrant childrens area (leaving 25 seats upstairs) so children and parents can play for free and then come up to the seating area to eat when their food is ready (or when they ask for it to be ready). We could do take out buggy lunches in fun boxes for busy parents who want to buy but not stay. Food will very reasonable and be nice & varied for the adults and we'll do all the things children love, mostly good nutritious food. Do you have this where you live or do you think this is a good idea for people? Do you have any ideas? Is it too specialised to be profitable do you think as only people with children? Is it something that would appeal to you? All input will be greatly appreciated : )
