I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and my Mastercard company against AMI Clubwear. They took almost a hundred dollars from my Mastercard, informed me days later via email that the items were out of stock, gave me no new backorder date, just a vague "maybe in a few weeks" (until it's past the date when you can file a complaint with the B.B.B. or any other agency!) Their website STILL lists the items as being IN STOCK in all sizes ! Dozens of attempts to call customer service 909-595-3339 over many days were met with a busy signal. My multiple emails to support@amiclubwear.com were not answered. I'm still waiting to see what will happen with the Better Business Bureau and Mastercard. I am also calling Ebay and PayPal to inform them of the business practices of "Amistyle", which is what they call themselves on Ebay.
