How can I visualize the size of something that is described as 450 meters long and 125 meters high?

I'm reading a book that describes a cathedral that is 450 meters in length and 125 meters in height that is inside a spaceship. I don't usually think in meters, and trying to picture something this large is kind of difficult. I don't know of anything large enough to use as a reference.
