How to contact the press,newspapers,media,TV stations,POLICE in Thailand?

If you have any REAL evidence of Chinese being criminal in Thailand feel free to contact any police station.Guess there are no specific websites but pls don't put all the chinese in one pot. There are bad people (if you look for them) out there from any nations all over the world!
