Our finances are wildly different...is there any chance of this going anywhere?

It depends on the relationship. My husband makes several times more than I do, always has. We have different sets of responsibilities when it comes to taking care of the family, and we both agree on our expectations of each other. The problem is not so much a financial disparity, but the disparity in mutual understanding and differing expectations.
