Puppy With Worms-Help?

First fleas and now this, my puppy is 8 weeks old and we've had him since he was 6. And the lady we bought him from said she had him de-wormed(or wormed i think) at 4 or 5 weeks. And we havent done it agen cuz we've been traveling. And what i really wanna know is wat kind he has. They're like really tiny and white or clearish. And they're in his poop. Also are they're any lke home remedies for worms or does he needa see the vet cuz vets are expensive and im 12 and my mom like works all day and shes kinda stingy with cash. PLZ HELP
