Silent comedy from the 60's or 70's called the tyre?

I trying to find the name of a silent comedy made some time in the 60's or 70's. The theme was about a run away wheel/tyre which someone was trying to chase. It was a silent comedy and probably had characters from the carry on series or maybe someone like Ronnie Barker. Anyone remember this film and its name?
