Am I being Stingy of I am just fed up with my freeloading brother...?

I have a brother whom I love dearly But im just plain old tired of his freeloading personality. He takes advantage of my mom like no one would believe. He drives a brand new car she pays his insurance & he doesnt even work! He comes over every single day never EVER buys food or anything. He dresses well only designer clothes My mom and I (females) have to bust our behinds working struggling to pay the bills and have food in the frig just so he can come over & mooch Im just tired of it im miserable. We've had numerous arguments about this and hes in his mid 20's with a child living at home with my dad. Im just a wits end I dont know what to do. My mom babies him as if he were still a child. I understand that I live here but I go half with the bills and the food. He on the the other hand doesnt even buy a bottle of water. I wanna move out so bad but honestly with what I make at work I dont think i can do it alone. What can make him change what can I do or say im just at lost... Any advice anyone.
