I think my newborn has a cold?

My daughter has sneezed every day since she was born and she is 3 months LOL If you think she has a stuffy nose and its disturbing her sleep then you can elevate her mattress like a angle for when she sleeps I stuck a pillow under her mattress and it made it come up a bit it will help it drain out instead of down her throat. dont make the angle to big so she will jus slide down it LOL but I used like a flat pillow and stuck it under the mattress not under her but the mattress shes way to small for a pillow.
