Is it fair for someone who doesn't believe in Christianity to pull the "Thats not being very Christian card"?

My brother does it to me all the time and it really irks me, I usually have to admit he's right, but why argue from the premise that your actions aren't Christian in one breath, then condemn Christianity as false in the next? Oh well, yet another lesson in remaining humble I guess.. GGRRRRR
