What to do with him? Whats wrong?

So Me and my boyfriend Tony been togerther for 8 months now. Its his birthday tomorrow so i got him something nice. A $35 dollar hat. I was going to give it to him today at school or even after. He didnt come to school cuz his mom wanted to do something with him for his birthday so i understand and everything. Im starting to get the feeling that hes losing intrest in me. I told him today and he said hes not and then i said thats why im feeling it cuz all u do is respond is respond to me with 1 word. and all he said was "o" and then i said thx. I got my friend bethany to talk to him for me. she told him hes mean and he said "y" and she told him why and he didnt text her back. i dont get it at all. Im so depressed, i left school today cuz i was crying in cl. Like he loves me so much and he tells me everything and today its just different. and people hate him kinda so i know for a fact hes not cheating on me. I just dont know so all i did was put the hat in his locker and put his lock on and went home. If this continues all weekend, ima ditch school monday and let him see the present and feel bad for what he did. Like y would someone treat me this way wen i just bought u a $35 dollar hat and i treat u wif all this respect and i give u all these gifts all the time. Im just so sad. Plz give me advice on what to do?
